Refunds for Digital Goods

For ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.  Refunds for instant download purchases (digital materials) will only be given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.  

Refunds for Physical Goods

Refunds for physical goods cannot be given. Due to safety concerns, physical items cannot be returned. These include: signed copies of print books, clothing or merchandise. Exchanges are available ONLY for books and ONLY when books arrive in a damaged state. 

Requesting a Refund or Replacement

If a book arrives damaged please email Kay@kaylyonsauthor.com  within 48 hours of delivery of the item (based on tracking number).

For digital/audio: Please email kay@kaylyonsauthor.com within 48 hours of making a duplicate purchase on a digital or audio product.

Please use the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and the items you would like to return.
